The Bride Wore Coveralls by Debra Ullrick is a fascinating story about forgiveness and love. In this book we find Camara Cole who is a true tomboy, she enjoys her job as a mechanic and loves mud bogging. She can hand with the guys and those guys don’t like it. Chase Lamar used to be one of those guys who would rag Camara and tell her that she can’t hang with the boys, until he gives his life to Christ and falls in love with Camara.
Can Camara ever forgive Chase for all he had done to her in the past? Will she fall in love? Will she win the Mud Bog Championship? This is a wonderful story that I thoroughly enjoyed reading and I strongly recommend it to anyone who loves to read.
