About the Book:

Write ‘em, Draw ‘em, Hide ‘em In Your Heart

Just Sayin’ isn’t your typical 90-day devotional for girls. It’s an all-out open space for you to explore and learn more about yourself and your faith. Prompts get your mind thinking, ideas flowing, and help turn your thoughts and emotions into dynamic doodles and so much more! Let that God-given gift of creativity shine each and every day!

Each of the short devotions is designed for girls just like you, with relevant topics, quotes, and Scripture, plus doodles, journal prompts, lists, puzzles, quizzes, fill-in-the-blank prayers, or unique activities. They explore Bible truths and ways to apply them—everyday. Just Sayin’ challenges girls to follow Jesus every day. Best. Idea. Ever.

My Review:

Just Sayin’ is a devotional filled with 90 devotions for girls. I love how this isn’t your typical devotional, but it is filled with spaces for the girls to draw pictures on how they feel, how they perceive things and other ideas. It is also filled with spaces for them to write how they feel, their friend’s names, and etc.

These devotionals are short and to the point, they make the girls use their noggin!! For example, devotion number 68 is Seriously? Let Me See That and the Bible verse is from Matthew 10:30-31, “And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid.” Talks about stress and how God knows everything. It has spaces for the girls to tape or glue pics of a bad hair day and a good hair day. And at the end is a prayer with some fill in the blanks for the girls to add their own words.

I highly recommend this for your daughters, granddaughters, nieces or friends. I can’t wait to finish this devotional with my daughters. This is one that we definitely will not get tired of reading.

Thank you to the publisher for providing me with a copy of this book for my honest opinion.
