My Review:
When I received Hands Free Mama, I first thought it was about putting down the phone or computer and spending more time with your family. I was surprised when I seen it was actually about overcoming those distractions we have to live a better life and to be able to love our family more. As a stay at home, the distractions are endless, the housework is endless, and the kids not listening are endless. I am always looking for a way to limit the distractions and to no avail; I have not found a way.
Rachel gives us 9 habits to achieve the unachievable dream! These 9 habits will become the foundation to your day, life and even your families’ life. When you choose to follow each declaration, you will make meaningful and lasting human connections, Live in the now, Protect your most sacred relationships, pursue the passions of your heart and evaluate your daily choices.
The Hands Free Life perspective will give you back the power to live your life and live it well. This book has changed my life and I am 100% positive it will change yours.
