When I received the book, Meet the New You by Elisa Pulliam I thought “Oh boy, another book telling me how to change.” I when I started Meet the New You, I decided to start with an open mind and open heart, ready to change my life, my attitude and my habits.
Meet the New You is a 21 day plan that is broken down into 5 phases: Awareness, Assessment, Obstacles, Solutions, and Vision. These phases are designed to help you get a sense of where you are right now and where you want to be in the future while figuring out what is standing in your way. During each day’s reading Ms. Pulliam has included Biblical Application, an activity to work through, reflection questions, and a closing Scripture prayer designed to help you find the solutions that fit your life. Even though this book is broken down into 21 days, it is designed for you to do at your own pace and if you choose to take the weekends off you can.
Change is a process and is meant to be taken slowly, only you can make those changes. This is a great tool for you to use to benefit your life, dig deeper into God’s word and have help along the way.

I really enjoyed Meet the New You and I highly recommend it to all women who are looking for a change. I give this book 5 out of 5 stars.
