My Review:
Food for Thought is a handy spiral bound book full of verses from Scripture to help you focus on God’s word as you try to loose weight. It includes thoughts from fellow dieters who have found the verses helpful in their journey. I honestly found this to be okay but not for me. Its great having scriptures handy when you feel you need them, but for me its great knowing I serve a God who I can call out to anytime I need help. It takes self-will, will-power to not allow food to rule your life. As long as I have God by my side and I hide his word in my heart, I know I can win the battle with food.
I received a copy of this for free, a favorable review was not required, I have expressed my honest opinion.

I have never enjoyed reading books about weight loss, but it might be good for me to read a book about growing closer to God while trying to lose weight.
