About

Crystal is an inspiring Christian writer and speaker, who loves serving God by helping others learn to trust and rely on God. Crystal states,”I love being able to encourage women to trust God and to truly listen for His voice in their own lives, but I know I cannot do that on my own that is why I let God lead me and give me the strength to be able to carry out His will for my life.” I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me, Philippians 4:13, is Crystal’s life verse and she lives by that verse. Without the strength that God provides her on a daily basis, she would not be able to accomplish what God has called her to do.

Crystal is a stay at home mom who enjoys homeschooling her three daughters, Marissa, Rebekah, and Chelsey and she has three stepsons, Aaron and daughter-in-love Brea, Eric and daughter-in-love Cheyenne, and Daniel. She is a proud grandmother to 1 year old James, 5 year old Delilah and 11 year old Blake. She has been married for 21 years to Tim, and they enjoy raising their family in a loving, Christ-centered home. They enjoy family game nights, movie nights, and all other family activities and they enjoy monthly date nights, that allow them the time to focus on keeping the marriage alive.

  2. Good afternoon, Crystal.

Melody Carlson has just released Delia and the Drifter, an historical novel set in the late 1800’s.

Misty Beller, author of The Lady and the Mountain Man, has said of Delia and the Drifter:
“Melody Carlson has done it again with this delightful story, taking us back to a wilder time, with characters who capture your heart and unexpected twists that will keep you reading past your bedtime!”

Melody would love to send you a pdf of this new ebook, if you would be willing to review it for your blog and post your review on Amazon.

Also, Melody would be happy to send you an autographed copy of one of her backlist books as a giveaway for one of your readers.

If you are interested in receiving Delia and the Drifter, please send an email from your preferred email address to melodycarlsonbooks@gmail.com

    Thank you.

    Happy reading and blogging!

  3. Hi Crystal,

I’ve written a collection of 20 short stories called 20 Short Ones. It fits into the Christian/Fiction/Romance categories. The stories cover a wide range of relationships and settings. Other reviewers have said it’s a quick and fun read. If you’re interested, I can send you a pdf of my book. I’d also be available for an interview on your blog as well. My email is:
    dandomz@juno.com

  4. Hi Crystal, Really nice blog! I know you’ve got a ton of books to review, but if you’re open to adding one more to your stack, readers are having a lot of fun with my YA/Suspense series. (Christian fiction). I’m getting comments like, “Stayed up all night to finish it!”
    “Nonstop action!”
    “This book was SO good!”

I just finished the third book in the series, but I’d be happy to start you at the beginning, if you prefer. I can send ebooks or print copies (except for my new release which goes live next week; the print copy isn’t available yet, but will be soon.)

Here are links so you can check them out to see if they’re a good fit for you. Book One: PULSE http://amzn.to/1JYR0Qg
    Book Two: RESILIENCE http://amzn.to/12112d6
    Book Three: DEFIANCE http://amzn.to/2rnmddh

Thanks for considering, and for helping authors by doing your reviews and blog posts. Even if my books don’t appeal to you, I wish you all the best and many days and hours of happy reading!

    Blessings, Linore
